Each end of life journey is unique.  Services offered at the end of life are non-medical, holistic and specialized to meet the needs and wishes of the dying individual and their loved ones.  Services may include any of the following:

• Companionship and supportive presence to reduce as much stress as possible

• Suggestions of interventions to increase comfort

• Assistance with Advance Directives to document patient's wishes

• Vigil planning based on patient's wishes during transition period

• End life planning which may include planning for the wake, funeral, home wakes/funerals, green/natural burials, and cremation

• Obituary/Eulogy writing

• Creation of remembrances/legacy projects

• Life reviews for the dying individual to find meaning, peace and acceptance

• Grief guidance

Care Consulting services provide education and support to empower clients of all ages to document their wishes in the end of life planning which includes:

• Creation of living well end of life/aging plans

• Creating the necessary documentation so that an individual's wishes are honored at end of life

• Facilitating family discussions

Services are offered to elders who may need a little assistance through the aging process, which may include:​

• Companionship

• Attendance at doctor's appointments and/or medical procedures

• Specialized holistic support balancing physical, emotional, and spiritual needs which may include activities that reintroduce interests from younger years, promote an active lifestyle, or create legacy projects

• Facilitation of resources for various needs such as ADL caregiving, house maintenance/cleaning, grocery shopping etc.
